Life as we know is made in 2's:
Day and Night,
Male and Female,
Black and White,
Life and Death.
The same Analogy can be used when you end one part of your life and you go on to begin the next.
We move from day to day without the realization of how different yesterday was from today. We do not take the time to analyse how yesterday was.
'Our lives are like a page with 2 sheets printed on each side' - When you turn the page and transition to a new day; Ensure first that you create a Summary section of the previous day before you move on to the next. As you turn the page moving forward to the next day, you have to understand that whatever happened yesterday is a build up to the next day.
Unless and until your close one chapter of your life and move to the next; you will continue to turn the pages of life and move from day to day, month to month, year to year, with no definitive plan of your future.
A young man such as; Andy Moithuti Batlhophi closed a chapter in his life when he moved from being in the party scene to a lifestyle of being perceived as young leader. I myself had to stop the drinking, the smoking and the partying just so i can make a difference in the lives of those around me.
You cannot read 2 chapters at the same time. The context of one chapter, will distort the other and you will find yourself in 2 worlds not knowing exactly where you belong. In my 20 years of living, i had turned the pages in my Life Book from one page to the next, not knowing what the final chapter of my Book entailed.
It takes a brave, revelated individual to move from one chapter of their life, to the next. Until you move on to the next chapter of your life, you will continue to build on to the past discrepancies of yesterday.
Be Bold enough to move on to better things. You can determine how the final chapter of your life will be written but only if you ensure that the life you live today, is one that you would have bargained for.
